"Annual Fee Charged Despite Cancellation"
I was hit with the annual fee even though I had cancelled my account more than a year back. Sure, I got my money back, but it's pretty shady that they still hold onto your card info after you've cancelled, especially when you can't even see any card details in your account. That's just bad business, if you ask me.
